Suggest recommendations to strengthen health governance aiming for more effective resource allocation to improve health system performance and sustainability.​

  • Fill some gaps at IHD core functions.

  • Support some central projects that can generate funding for the health system. 

  • Policies: revision, application, adaptation, monitoring, sustainability.

  • Aid effectiveness in Syria: governance, adaptation, humanitarian principles, effectiveness. (Assessed against Paris Declaration for aid)
